WHAT YOU'LL DO
Spring is here and getting in shape is on everyone's mind… so why not do it with the coaching from the experts at Athleta and the support and camaraderie of Urban Girl Squad. Our 6-month running series with Athleta will take place every other Sunday and will be followed by mini workshops, including a Nutrition Discussion, Shoe Fitting Session, Injury Prevention, Fashion and Performance, Yoga for Runners, and Tri and Duathalon Training. No matter what your fitness level, we have a running group for you, so let's get fit and stay fit this summer while making some great new girlfriends passionate about health and fitness too!

HOW IT WORKS

• We will meet as a group at Athleta at 10:00am and then walk over to Central Park together.
  
• You will join one of three groups according to your comfort level (each group has its own coach): Beginner / Slower-Paced, Intermediate, and Advanced / Faster-Paced.
  
• The first three months we will meet at Athleta's UES location. The last 3 months we will meet at Athleta's UWS location.
  
• After the run we will head back to Athleta for a mini workshop and refreshments from Honeydrop.
